Bio
I’ve been teaching for over 15 years in both private one to one lessons and within schools. Lessons take place at my studio at the Maxwell Park Community Centre or via Zoom online. I teach students from 6 years and up and from complete beginners to advanced players.
As a professional musician I’ve performed with some of the top performers in the music industry and recorded on albums for artists like Gwen Stefani and Lucinda Belle. I’ve also been involved in the function scene for many years and perform regularly at events with my trio and in a well known function band.
Teaching Info
Each lesson is catered specifically for you, the student. It’s very important I learn your goals from the beginning. You may want to go through the grading system or learn how to play a few songs off by heart. Whatever your goal I will then create program specifically designed to help you achieve this. I regularly enter students for grades through Trinity or ABRSM exam boards. I also have a lot of students who perform in bands and want to feel more confident playing with their peers.
